Enjoy one of the most beautiful and action-packed river rafting tours in Switzerland. During the tour, you will be enchanted by the unique landscape. You will experience the whole fascination of nature in the Vorderrhein canyon and a mixture of racy white water and cozy floating on the quieter sections.
The Rhine rises near the Oberalppass at Lake Toma and grows until Ilanz to a nice river. From there, the Vorderrhein has consistently dug into the limestone of Flims’ rockslide. This resulted in a natural monolith with impressive rock formations, surreal rock-needle groups, enormous stone mushrooms and hollowed-out steep walls. From the raft you can wonderfully capture this spectacular landscape.
As early as 1977, the Federal Council of Switzerland has put the Vorderrhein canyon under national protection – even before the Matterhorn and the Rhine Falls. Many call it the "Swiss Grand Canyon" or in Romansh "Ruinaulta".
In Reichenau, the Vorderrhein flows together with the Hinterrhein. From here, the river is called Rhine and flows into the North Sea after an additional 1250 km in Rotterdam.
Experience the natural wonder of the Rhine Canyon - 20 km of river rafting on one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe!
